Creative Wellbeing Project Open Session

DATES: Saturday 22nd June, Saturday 20th July,  Saturday 24th August
11am-1pm FREE – for adults 18+

Come and join The Garage's Creative Wellbeing Group to find out more about our Creative Wellbeing Project, a creative community project, aiming to address mental health challenges in our community by offering a space to improve wellbeing through creative activity. Our project offers opportunities to volunteer as well as participate in group sessions, share skills and find ways to reach our wider community with public workshops.

This workshop will offer a creative activity to participate in, where you can meet members of the group, grab a drink and chat.
No experience is required for any of the sessions we run and there will be group members there to help guide you throughout.
There will be spaces to sit and chat over tea and biscuits as well as space to doodle or colour.

Please let us know if you have any access requirements in advance and if you would like someone to meet you before you come into the room, someone from the group can meet you outside the venue or in the cafe and walk up to Studio 4 with you.

Please book your space here and we look forward to seeing you there.
