Feel Good Fitness Class Videos

An energising low impact workout to leave you feeling good. This class draws upon fitness, dance and Pilates principles which together provide a unique fitness flow.

After purchasing the 5 class package you’ll have access to this content for 5 weeks. You can choose to take the class weekly or watch and repeat as many times as you wish during the course of 5 weeks, whenever it suits you.

CLASS CONTENT INCLUDES: A 10 minute warm up, 20 minutes of Energise, Strength & Flow; involving cardio and strengthening exercises carefully designed to energise and uplift and a 10 minute stretch to finish.


OPTIONAL EXTRAS: Hand weights or a tin from the kitchen! Theraband or pair of tights! Pilates overball or a pillow!
