We could all do with a laugh right now, which is why we’re holding our first Comedy Fest this autumn – packed with stars of TV and some of the best stand-ups touring the UK right now.
Altered Feast, Norwich’s favourite alternative comedy cabaret night, takes over The Garage with Clutterbuck’s Comedy Club (1 October).
Organised and hosted by Tom Clutterbuck, Altered Feast ran at The Birdcage for five years before moving to Norwich Arts Centre in 2021.
Joz Norris won the Comedians’ Choice Award for Best Show in 2019 and, due to world events, has now held onto it for nearly a full presidential term. He wrote and starred in the BBC Radio 4 comedy special A Small Talk On Small Talk.
Heidi Regan won the BBC New Comedy Award 2017 and So You Think You’re Funny 2016 and is currently recording her second BBC Radio 4 special.
Pierre Novellie is one of the best up-and-coming comedians in the UK. You’ll have seen him on The Mash Report and Stand Up Central or heard him on Radio 4’s The Now Show. He’s also the co-host of the hit podcast BudPod alongside Phil Wang.
Britain’s Got Talent star Jonny Awsum is Coming to Town (7 October).
