Theatre Royal Arts Courses
Workshops for the Theatre Royal Arts Courses take place on weekday evenings for adults and on Saturdays for juniors.
Covering all aspects of acting and stagecraft, the courses offer the chance to build confidence, develop acting techniques and take part in public and in-house performances, as well as learning technical and other allied theatre skills and disciplines.
No experience necessary.

Nia Norfolk:
Nia Relax is an hour long class that focuses on the enjoyment of moving to music - Nia is gentle on the joints and suitable for anyone at any fitness level - Nia Relax includes Tai Chi, yoga and jazz dance moves as well as easy breathing exercises to calm the mind and invigorate the body. Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to kick off your shoes.
£7 a session drop-in price - £6.30 a session if booking the whole 14 week term.
