Marketing and Communications Officer 

Salary: £17,500 - £19,500 dependent on experience
Contract Type: fixed term 1 year (40 hours per week)

The Marketing & Communications Officer will support the delivery of the organisation’s marketing, communications and sales activity. The post holder will have a whole organisational view of our work and support the Senior Management Team to identify and promote new opportunities, including activities and events at The Garage. As part of a small but dynamic marketing team you will be working on a range of projects and support the creation and implementation of external communications strategies for the organisation.

Support Workers 

Opportunity type: Termly
Time commitment:     minimum of 1 hour per week during term time (term length 10-12 weeks)
Safeguarding:  Support workers will be subject to enhanced DBS checks 
Progression: Experience and skills gained will suit those looking to work in Arts Delivery, Community Arts, Arts Education, Youth Theatre and Youth Work. 

We are looking for motivated individuals 18+ who have a desire to help others and have an interest in the arts. You would join our busy team as a support worker, working with and supporting our children and young people through their chosen art form.

Immediate Contract: SENCO Advisor

Fee: £450

The Garage requires a SENCO Advisor for a 15hr contract to assist with the administration of Access Arrangements for GCSE examinations. The contract holder will require experience working in a Secondary Education SENCO setting and have a strong working knowledge of evidence gathering to comply with JCQ requirements. This person will assist the Learning & Inclusion Director in the collection and collation of evidence to support examination access arrangements for a small number of students accessing part-time courses at The Garage outside of their formal education. Responsibilities will include an audit of existing evidence and communication with parents, students and school SEN teams to gather any missing evidence and data sharing consent.

Working hours can be flexible to suit the contract holder, but must be completed by Sunday 17th February.
