Pilates is the complete coordination of mind, body and spirit – Joseph Pilates.
The Pilates method encourages you to exercise in a mindful way using strong, controlled movement to focus the mind and challenge the body. Each class will challenge each of the key areas of the body and help to improve your flexibility, posture and strength.
Victoria Rose Pilates classes are kept small to ensure quality teaching, you will receive hands on teaching enabling you to really feel the benefits of the method.
These classes are designed for anyone new to Pilates and also for those who may have practiced before at a beginners/improvers level.
