  • OVERVIEW

    This six-week course is an excellent introduction for beginners or those in need of a refresher before joining the ballet beginners’ class. It covers all the principles, terminology, structure and basic positions. It also includes barre and centre exercises and uses supporting techniques like floor barre to build strength. This class is also great for improving posture, balance, core strength and developing movement memory. Ballet shoes are advised.
