Events and Marketing Assistant
The Music Event and Marketing Assistant would assist in all areas of event production from planning, delivery, marketing to bookings, event support and evaluation. They will also assist in the marketing of CME's education programme.
The applicant will receive sector relevant skills and training via MusicLeader including pastoral support and guidance.
A full programme of training including first aid, induction, manual handling and electrical training will be given.
Essential skills, experience and qualifications required for the job: Punctuality and reliability. Good communication skills. Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office. An active interest in music and media. Self motivated.
Music Workshop Assistant
The Workshop Assistant employee would assist practitioners in all aspects of workshop delivery. This would include planning projects, marketing, bookings, workshop delivery skills, record keeping, project reporting, basic budgeting and evaluation.
The applicant will receive sector relevant skills and training via MusicLeader including pastoral support and guidance.
A full programme of training including first aid, induction, manual handling and electrical training will be given .
Essential skills, experience and qualifications required for the job: Punctuality and reliability. Good communication skills. An active interest in music,media and education.
Desirable skills: Musical equipment, office equipment (computers phones etc)
Creative Assistant (Peripatetic Music Projects)
The employee would assist practitioners in all aspects of workshop delivery. This would include planning projects, marketing, bookings, workshop delivery skills, and evaluation.
Line management of the employee will take the form of weekly manager meeting and fortnightly MusicLeader support visits to talk about all areas of work.
The applicant will receive sector relevant skills and training via Music Leader including pastoral support and guidance.
A full programme of training including first aid and induction, will be given.
Essential skills, experience and qualifications required for the job: Punctuality, reliability, enthusiasm, an active interest in the arts. Basic IT skills. communication skills.
Desirable skils: Office equipment, musical equipment, digital media equipment
Music Rehearsal Technician
The Music Rehearsal technician would assist in maintenance and day to day running of the rehearsal business and college band rehearsals and gigs including equipment maintenance, set-up and customer care.
The applicant will receive sector relevant skills and training via Music Leader including pastoral support and guidance.
A full programme of training including first aid, induction, manual handling and electrical training.
No skills or qualifications needed but applicant must be enthusiastic, personable, punctual, reliable and have good social skills.
Experience of dealing with musical equipment and basic computer skills.
Music College Administrator/Receptionist
The Admin/Receptionist would assist in all front facing duties, dealing with students, enquiries and visitors. The employee would also assist with planning, development and delivery of extra curricular projects and events to develop an understanding of the application of admin on delivery of projects.
The applicant will receive sector relevant skills and training via Music Leader including pastoral support and guidance.
A full programme of training including first aid, induction and office/admin systems.
No skill or qualifications needed but applicant must be enthusiastic, personable, punctual, reliable and have good social skills.
