Learn how to restore good relationships when there has been conflict or harm, to reduce the possibility of such conflict and harm arising. Restorative approaches work by building relationships, maintaining relationships and repairing relationships when harm has been caused.
Restorative approaches support emotional and social development and literacy and equip people with problem solving skills and the ability to manage conflict when it occurs. Restorative approaches also help build respect, responsibility, resolution and reintegration. This session will be delivered by Patrycja Salbut-Jezior.
