Breathe is a summer school for those of us who want to improve our wellbeing, get creative and challenge ourselves in working towards a performance in The Garage theatre.
The idea of performing can be a bit daunting, but not much can beat the buzz we can get when we step out of our comfort zone and onto the stage!
Each day will include a dance class to strengthen the body and mind, creative work, improvisation with each day ending with a meditation.
Participants will work alongside the dance artist to create a piece which will then be performed on The Garage stage.
