    Pilates is an effective exercise method designed to balance, strengthen, stretch and tone the body. It is suitable for most people, although group classes are not appropriate for everyone. A beginners course or private sessions must be taken before joining other classes. Please contact Nikki for more information about Beginners courses.

    Tuesday 12.25-1.10pm PILATES MATWORK INTERMEDIATE
    Tuesday 1.15pm-2pm PILATES MATWORK IMPROVERS
    Tuesday 2.05pm - 3.05pm PILATES BONE HEALTH IMPROVERS

    Cost: £52.50 for 6 week term, Bone Health - £59.50 for 6 week term.  
    Age: 16 YRS+
