    Looking to get your week off to a positive start? This dance and movement class is ages 16+ who want to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

    There will be some creative tasks, improvisation and strengthening and stretching exercises. You will also learn some relaxation techniques and meditations. Then you can enjoy a nice cuppa and chat in the café afterwards. Suitable for beginners.
