This weekly course is for people aged 16+ who want to work on improving their mental health and wellbeing. Get your week off to a positive start with a dance and movement class.
Classes will involve strengthening and stretching exercises, creative tasks and improvisation. Participants will also learn some relaxation techniques, meditations, and sessions will conclude with tea and a chat in the cafe! Suitable for beginners. For ages 16+.
