    The ultimate show girl work out, designed for people to release their inner sass!

    A fun filled session combining both cardio and resistance. The cardio is a dance section choreographed to a fabulous selection of songs inspired to shake those tail feathers, and the resistance is bringing the toning element in to it.

    Open level classes.

    Ages 16+

    There is also a class on Sundays from 10-10.45am
