This beginners class is for all adults, regardless
of dancing background and ability. The sessions
have a relaxed and friendly feel and will give you
the chance to develop new skills through specially
devised routines that are energetic and uplifting!
You can work at your own pace and have fun
whilst keeping fit. So whether you are a complete
beginner or a more accomplished dancer, this
class has something for everyone.
